Hot stone massage therapy. The stones are heated in a roaster (yes like the one you cook with) with water. Once the stones have been heated lotion is applied. The stones are placed on the body and used to massage tense areas. The heat from the stones acts as a muscle relaxer. Great for the cold winter months!

Basalt stones hold heat and come in all shapes and sizes perfect for getting into any area of tension.
